The staff of Alpine Home Care and Hospice is dedicated to improving patient and family care. To help us achieve our goals Alpine has partnered with Pinnacle Consulting, a private research company that conducts patient and family satisfaction surveys. The satisfaction information we receive through Pinnacle's person-to-person surveys enhances our services by providing Alpine with general and specific patient and family feedback on the services we provide. The information we receive through these interviews provides us with useful information we then use to measure the quality of our services. This feedback also helps us identify areas in which we can improve. We especially value this feedback because it comes from the most important people to us, our patients and their families.
Satisfaction information is gathered in 15 key areas then measured year to date and monthly against our other Alpine office averages, local industry averages, and a "Best in Class" rating. "The Best in Class" rating represents the top 10% of all home care and hospice agencies surveyed. This past year Alpine Home Care and Hospice offices received a remarkable number of "Best in Class" ratings including one of the most important measurements of the services we provide, "WOULD RECOMMEND THE AGENCY TO OTHERS." Each staff member at Alpine Home Care and Hospice strive to meet and exceed patient and families expectations. Our patient satisfaction ratings demonstrate that our patients and their families agree.
