How does this plan work?
This is a supplemental insurance plan with additional financial and health management benefits through LLH Healthcare and additional partners. It will not replace other benefits available to you, nor cost you additional out of pocket expense.  

Though you will see a pre-tax premium on your paycheck, the plan provides you with tax savings and a health management claim payment. The health management claim payment is provided in the same paycheck for completing a plan qualified activity.  The final result? Even with the premium deduction, the lower taxes and health claim payment provide you an increase in your take-home pay.

Employees will be auto-enrolled only if their net-take home pay is higher with the plan. Employees can opt out by contacting our Call Center at

This preventative health care management plan is rich in financial and health benefits, which is why we have chosen to make this supplemental plan available to you as a valued employee.

It does not replace your current medical plan or other benefits but provides extra support for a healthier lifestyle.

What you should know about this plan:

1. More Take-Home Pay: Eligible employees will see an increase in their take-home pay. While there’s a pre-tax premium for the plan, our plan is uniquely designed to also provide a post-tax claim payment – resulting in an increase in your take-home pay. Reminder, employees will only be auto enrolled there is an increase in their take-home pay.

2. Virtual Care: Eligible employees and their family can access virtual primary care, virtual urgent care, behavioral health services, and prescriptions with no additional out of pocket expenses.

3. Hospital Coverage: Eligible employees have access to fixed coverage for qualifying hospital expenses.
