Alpine is offering a supplemental health insurance plan provided by Live Life Healthy (LLH). This plan is designed for preventative health care management and is enriched with both, financial and health benefits for Alpine employees.

​Plan benefits available to you and your family include:
- Comprehensive Care at no out-of-pocket cost, including:
   -> Virtual Primary Care
   -> Virtual Urgent Care
   -> Virtual Behavioral Health (Therapy and Psychiatry)
   -> Prescription Benefit Laboratory and
   -> Genomic Screenings
- Fixed hospital coverage paid in cash for qualified events

- Professional Tax Advisory Services

How does this plan work?
This is a supplemental insurance plan with additional financial and health management benefits through LLH Healthcare and additional partners. It will not replace other benefits available to you, nor cost you additional out of pocket expense.  

Though you will see a pre-tax premium on your paycheck, the plan provides you with tax savings and a health management claim payment. The health management claim payment is provided in the same paycheck for completing a plan qualified activity.  The final result? Even with the premium deduction, the lower taxes and health claim payment provide you an increase in your take-home pay.

Employees will be auto-enrolled only if their net-take home pay is higher with the plan. Employees can opt out by contacting our Call Center at
