Important EVV Facts to remember for Alpine Caregivers:

1) For Telephony (IVR): Starting 04/04/2026 dial (720) 223-1375 to clock-in/out. 
Use the last 6 digits of your social security number as your Caregiver ID.
You can continue to use paper time sheets as before or click off visit tasks via telephony to produce an already filled out weekly timesheet that then only needs to be signed by you and the client.

2) For AlayaCare's Mobile App: Download AlayaCare's Mobile App from your Google or Apple app store. Enter alpine.alayacare.com as the server name and use your Alpine-registered eMail as your Login name. You can set / reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password".
You will be able to clock in/out directly from your smartphone, fill out various forms (when required), mark completed tasks electronically and capture your client's signature (if applicable) on your phone. No more paper time sheets required.  For more info on see below:

Dear Alpine Caregivers!

Alpine Homecare has teamed up with AlayaCare to be able to offer you a far superior experience to both, the basic State EVV system that the State of Colorado is providing and the system that Alpine was using previously. Our system offers you a mobile app that can easily be installed on any iPhone or Android smartphone and will give you the ability to say goodbye to paper time sheets. While you have the choice and can use telephony for EVV (and keep your paper time sheets), you might find this app more useful when working with Alpine clients.  Once you are set up (just scan the above QR code), you will immediately be able to:

1) Access your client schedule via the mobile calendar (simply check your calendar to see your next client appointment).  

2) See the client’s name, home address, service tasks and medical history.

3) Call you client directly from the app (under visit details)


4) Map your route to your client from your current or any chosen location (click directly from the app).  

5
) See the plan of care and click off completed care tasks directly on your phone.  

6) Clock-in and clock-out of your shift directly from your phone.  

7) Capture a client’s signature directly on your phone.

8) Receive shift offers for clients needing care.

9) Fill out forms electronically directly on your phone.

10) No need for paper time sheets anymore.
  


Please note that AlayaCare's app is HIPAA compliant, works both in a connected and offline mode - ensuring 100% visit verification compliance regardless of cell coverage and uses very little data (see also Caregiver's FAQs)
