Alpine's Services (for Medicaid's CFC / waivers, VA, respite & private pay clients):
We offer an affordable, non-medical solution for individuals or couples who need care and support, but prefer to remain at home. Personalized care is provided by our caregivers on a one-on-one basis in a broad array of day-to-day activities:
- Assistance & guidance with grooming, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, accompanying, medication reminding, etc.
- Planning, preparing and serving meals
- Light housework and laundry (including mopping, dusting, sweeping/vacuuming, bed making, kitchen/bathroom cleaning, etc.)
- Grocery shopping, RX pick-up and other errands
- Encouragement & assistance with participation in social / leisure activities to maintain a positive & motivated emotional state
- Monitor conditions around the home
- Regularly inform family of care experiences
- Ironing (private pay only)
- Organizing and clarifying incoming information, mail and statements (private pay only)
- Assistance with correspondence and reading to stimulate reasoning and reflection (private pay only)

Alpine Homecare IHSS Services:
In-Home Support Services (IHSS) is a participant directed Medicaid program that provides the recipients with assistance regarding their health needs, household tasks and personal care. The following services are provided:
- Health Maintenance activities, comprising help with various health related needs
- Personal Care activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, or eating
- Homemaking services, such as housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry
Alpine Homecare PASA Services:
As a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA), Alpine Homecare provides services to clients with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities under Medicaid's SLS waiver program. Our services include:
- Mentorship
- Personal Care (under CFC starting 7/1/25)
- Daily & Hourly Respite Services
- Basic and Enhanced Homemaker (under CFC as Homemaker starting 7/1/25)
- Specialized Habilitation (through Alpine Adult Day Care, LLC)
- Supported Community Connections (through Alpine Adult Day Care, LLC)
- Non-medical transportation (through Alpine Adult Day Care, LLC)
Alpine Homecare's Respite Services via the Colorado Respite Care Program
Caregivers, who provide over 40 hours/week of unpaid care for a family member, friend, or neighbor with a special need in Colorado can receive a respite voucher that pays for respite services by Alpine, as an approved provider, and as long as they do not have access to any other long-term care programs. In recent years, Alpine also had some direct respite care funding available via the Colorado Respite Grant Program. Ask us for the availability of grant funds for respite, if you have no other access to respite care!

Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG)
Alpine Homecare is currently the largest provider of in-home care services to DRCOG clients under their Area Agency for Aging (AAA) voucher program. Eligible clients can apply for the program directly with DRCOG or contact Alpine for assistance.
Jewish Family Service's Holocaust Survivor Assistance Program
Alpine is one of the few providers of non-medical home care services to help holocaust survivors live in their preferred residences, receive the support necessary to remain healthy in their home and community. The program is administered by Jewish Family Services.
GUIDE
The Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model is a voluntary nationwide model test led by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) that aims to support people with dementia and their unpaid caregivers. Alpine is pleased to participate in this program, administered by the University of Colorado Medicine.

Alpine prioritizes care management & supervision services. Our care managers / supervisors are always there for you! Whether it is during the initial intake, sign-up or during our regularly scheduled supervisory home visits (min. every 90 days), we are always here to listen and to help improve your care!
