Employee of the Month Nominations:

Care providers can be nominated in writing by co-workers, supervisors, office staff and clients. Eligible are all care providers who have been with Alpine Homecare for a period of more than 3 months and who are not on probationary status at the time of nomination. Nominations are accepted at any time. Just fill out the below online form.

Flawless, timely and friendly execution of all tasks mandated by the time sheet / plan of care. Ensures at all times the client’s personal safety and comfort, and provides friendly and professional companionship. The employee is dependable, arrives for work on time, and stays as scheduled to provide services. Never misses a client appointment. The employee communicates clearly and effectively with the client. Shows the ability to accommodate changes in the client’s scheduling. Actively listens, respects diversity and is considerate of the feelings, concerns or experience of the client. Promotes a caring environment and always respectfully informs or requests permission before performing a task for the client.
