1. The Programs:
a) Employee Appreciation Program 2013: Up to 30 care providers can be selected until year-end, based on the criteria outlined below.b) Employee(s) of the Month: Starting in 2014 up to 3 care providers per month can be selected, based on the criteria outlined below.
c) Employee of the Year: Winning the Employee(s) of the Month award includes an automatic nomination for the annual Employee Of The Year Award.
2. The Prizes:
Winners of the Employee Appreciation & Employee(s) of the Month Programs will receive:
