Alpine Homecare is now offering Health Insurance to eligible employees! Alpine's health plan for employees is being provided by Humana and consists of a HMO Base Plan, as well as a non-HMO option. In addition, a Dental plan (with limited network and non-network option), as well as Vision are available. Coverage is available for Alpine employees, theirs spouses, children and their families. Alpine will contribute 50% of the cost of the HMO Base Plan (unless the premium exceeds 9.5% of an employees income), all other expenses will be at the employee's expense. Eligible employees include all employees that work more than 29.5 hours/week over a pre-determined period of time.
