Alpine is pleased to announce that we are now offering supplemental insurance by Aflac at discounted group rates to our employees (up to 60% cheaper than individual rates).
Available insurance options are highly customizable to each employee's needs and include - but are not necessarily limited to - the following popular insurance options:
1) Accident Insurance
2) Short-term Disability
3) Cancer / Specified Disease
4) Vision
5) Dental
Aflac pays benefits directly to you, is highly customizable and pays independently of any other insurance you might have. Your are not required to have a primary insurance to enroll with Aflac.
Alpine is now enrolling employees for coverage starting August 1, 2016 and Aflac representatives are on-site on the next few payroll Fridays.
