Available insurance options are highly customizable to each employee's needs and include - but are not necessarily limited to - the following popular insurance options:

Aflac pays benefits directly to you, is highly customizable and pays independently of any other insurance you might have. Your are not required to have a primary insurance to enroll with Aflac.
Alpine is now enrolling employees for coverage starting August 1, 2016 and Aflac representatives are on-site on the next few payroll Fridays.
